Showjumping Training Day with Steph Vickers & Kara Leatham. Each session comprises of 2 x 40 minute with each coach with a 10 minute break between to allow for change over; so total time of 90 minutes for each group.
The first session will focus on flatwork to warm up for jumping using relevant exercises and pole work.
The second session will follow on from the first and use jumping exercises/course riding to develop and improve performance.

Foundation 1 start time is 10:00am
Aimed at riders who would like an introduction to showjumping. Working with poles and appropriate flat work exercises to aid horse and rider performance.’
Foundation 2 start time is 10:45am
For rider who have some experience of jumping. Aimed to improve overall way of going, rider position, rhythm and regularity in all paces and over jumps.
Progressive 1 start time is 11:35am
For riders who are jumping from 80-1m who are looking to improve overall knowledge and performance to achieve their goals.
Progressive 2 start time is 12.25am
Building on from Progressive 1 to further develop performance with more detail on rider influence and canter quality and related lines, 1m-1m10
