REFUND POLICY: Payment is to be made on booking to confirm your space. Please make sure you read the full REFUND POLICY before booking. CLINICS – Instructors require certain numbers to be able to attend clinics, and often travel quite far for the clinics. No refunds are given, however if you are unable to make your lesson and your space is filled then you will receive a credit note to go towards any other training. CAMPS – All camp deposits are none refundable. Lots of planning and admin goes towards camps and also deposits are paid to secure trainers & venues. If full payment has been made and you are unable to attend camp due to unforeseen reasons you will be added to a withdrawal list – If your space is filled then you will receive a credit note – less £20 admin fee. Cancelled clinic/camps/other events – In the unfortunate event of any training or events being cancelled due to weather, instructor illness or something out of our control then you will automatically be carried over to the next clinic/camp date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date you will receive a credit note towards other training. I try my best to be as fair as possible with all events organised, and will try my best to fill any available slots if you are unable to attend. The sooner you advise me, the more likely I will be to fill the space. If we are still in lockdown or another lockdown has been announced and we are forced to postpone any camps, all bookings will be held in credit and we will reschedule the date as soon as we are allowed to do so. By continuing to make this booking you are agreeing to the t&c that all deposits are none refundable and you are only able to use the deposit against another camp date.
